How it works

In the DHP fantasy downhill league you take on the roll of a downhill team manager. You have a budget of £200,000 to spend on 4 new riders for your team which can be selected from a list of currently competing downhill riders.

After you've recruited your team you gain points form their performances in real downhill events. Throughout the season you can then view their points and see how well your doing.

THE RACES

The DHP Downhill League follows the UCI Downhill World Championships. This is 8 rounds which take place in different countries around the world, 1 round in each country. The races and dates are:

• Round 1 Pietermaritzburg, South Africa April 11th/12th

• Round 2 La Bresse, France May 9th/10th

• Round 3 Vallnord, Andorra May 16th/17th

• Round 4 Fort William, UK June 6th/7th

• Round 5 Maribor, Slovenia June 20th/21st

• Round 6 Mont–Sainte–Anne, Canada July 25th/26th

• Round 7 Bromont, Canada August 1st/2nd

• Round 8 Schladming, Austria September 19th/20th

The Point System

The first 50 riders in each downhill race gain points.

1st place = 50 points
2nd place = 49 points
3rd place = 48 points
.....all the way through to 50th place.

If a rider does not race or drops out of a race they gain 0 points so hard luck!

Points will start to be accumulated from the first race on the 11th and 12th of April.

Signing Up...

You need to be a registered member of the site to sign up to the fantasy league. This is just to make it easier for us when collecting your teams and sorting out the winners. To register on DHP click HERE (this is also Free!)

Entries close on the 10th of April! So if you haven't signed up yet you'd best be quick!

Registration for the DHP Fantasy Downhill League is now closed.

After you've registered make sure you invite all your friends using the invite link at the top right of each page!

PLEASE NOTE...

DHP has never attempted something like this before which means problems may occur in the process, so please don't get too angry if they do... If it does work out then we'll certainly be doing it again in the future!

We may also limit the number of registrations due to this being a new concept depending on its popularity.
